Chottanikkara Temple is a very famous pilgrimage place for the Hindu Devotees. This temple is also famous with the name of the Chottanikkara Bhagavathy Temple (ചോറ്റാനിക്കര ഭഗവതി ക്ഷേത്രം) located in the State of Kerala. The Temple is mentioned in the list of most famous temples of Kerala. Chottanikkara Devi Temple is purely dedicated to the mother goddess Shakthi devi or Rajarajeshwari known as Sree Bhagavathi. The Hindu devotees believe that the temple is blessed with worshipped in three forms the Devi, Saraswati in the morning, Lakshmi at noon, and Durga in the evening.
