• Worship:- The temple is open at 4:00 AM every day for the devotees. The priests of the temple perform Mangla-Aarti and offer Bhog (special food) in worship. People came here to offer milk in this bowl and they believe that Rat’s Sliva has a healing power. They also share the food with those rats. • Karni Mata Fair:- The Karni Mata Fair is held twice a year in Deshnok. The first and larger fair is held in March–April during the Navratras from Chaitra Shukla Ekam to Chaitra Shukla Dashmi. The second fair is held in September–October, also during the Navratra, from Ashvin Shukla to Ashwin Shukla Dashmi.
• Oran Parikarma:- The Oran Prikarma of Deshnoke, established by Karni Mata herself. It is performed on special occasions.
