The Thiruneli Temple is a famous and ancient Hindu pilgrimage place in India. This temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and It is located on the side of Brahmagiri Hill in Kerala, India, near the border with Karnataka. Sree Thirunelli Mahavishnu Temple is classified as one of the 108 Abhimana Kshethrams of the Vaishnava tradition. It is at an altitude of about 900m in north Wayanad in a valley surrounded by mountains and beautiful forests. The temple is 32 Km away from Manathavady.

Sree Thirunelli Mahavishnu Kshetram is a famous ancient Temple and it was once an important town and pilgrim center in the middle of a jungle valley surrounded by mountains on four sides.
